Our chapter was proud to host not one, but two 2015 JCI state presidents during November Dinner Club! C.J. Derlein-Hoffman of Cedar Rapids, the 2015 Iowa Junior Chamber President, and Becky Bradl, the 2015 President of JCI Wisconsin, joined nine Clive members and guests at Cool Basil in Clive.
While their annual holiday cheer box wrapping project had already been completed, five members of our chapter helped Amanda the Panda with various other tasks at their Family Grief Center in West Des Moines on a Tuesday night after work.

Dinner Club in August took more of a hands-on approach as seven current and former members attended Cooking with Alessandra’s class in Des Moines’ East Village. Those who attended learned about Italian culture from instructor and native Italian Alessandra Meschini while learning how to cook their own pasta dishes.
